Each member is trained to operate quickly and be extremely adept in a minimum of three restaurant positions. Ongoing training ensures that the cafe team continues to expand their skills and know-how. Each Symposium Cafe supplier is visited throughout the year so that we can conduct visual inspections of their plants. Suppliers must demonstrate compliance with Government regulations and sanitation levels must be at the highest level. Franchisees are invited to attend these visits to strengthen their relationship with the supplier.

We do not control the restaurant purchasing flow of product from a central commissary.
